Micah Henrie (1976) grew up in the San Francisco area and then went on to study Illustration and Computer Science at Brigham Young University. He now lives in Los Angeles and is working as a visual effects artist at the reputed Rhythm+Hues Studios where he has been able to work on a growing number of film projects.

Micah's passion for the arts has led him to involvement in a wide variety or projects from oil painting, freelance illustration, storyboards, and 3D renderings to highly technical graphics software development. Some recent projects include:

• CG Lighting and look development for the films The Ring 2 (Dreamworks), Garfield (Fox), and Scooby Doo 2 (Warner Bros).
• Promotional images and rendering for the video games Black9 and Advent Rising (Majesco Games/GlyphX Inc).
• Look and character development and animation for broadcast (DAZ Productions).
