Plunging her hands into the ground of her Polish roots, illustrator Agata Kawa brings out a world dreamlike and full of symbols. Agata loves tales, of course. She loves to sashay roadside ways, she likes to come back from mirror's crossings with armful of surprises.
"My current technique is the crossover of years of traditionnal painting, and as many years in digital techniques for 3D and film animation. Today, without sacrificing the one for the other I manage to summarize both universes, and they cohabit with much pleasure."
Agata grew up astride three very differents cultures. Today she's a freelance living in Paris. Inside her work as in her life, she continues to build bridges toward frontiers.
