I was born in Paris in 1969. I live in Paris.
The model of camera i use is the basic 600 camera with 600 film.
For favorite music, there is a wide range: Nine Inch Nails, Sonic Youth, Dead Can Dance, My Bloody Valentine, Marilyn Manson, The Cure, Helmet.
For movies, to name just a few : David Lynch, Brazil (Gilliam), The Woman Next Door (Truffaut), Life Is Beautiful (Benigni).
And i have never done any photography school.
For inspirations: i suppose there are a lot of things that influence and inspire me, but i don't really know which :)

Why Polaroids?
I started black and white photography when i was 18, and ever since, when i develop and print my pictures, i always want to come back later to change something: contrast, luminosity, framing, etc. as a result i've always had a hard time considering one of my pictures as finished.
Apart from the fact that i really enjoy seeing the result immediatly, what I like about polaroids is that once it is done, you cannot add, subtract or change anything. this technique forces me to think in a different way: either i don't like the result and i put it aside, or i like it and i learn to accept it as it is.
In my case, i guess it's a kind of therapy, isn't it ? :)
